Solicitud de intervención de la Corte en el incidente de desacato a la Sentencia T-266/24.
Constató la Sala que el juez de primera instancia tramitó los incidentes de desacato interpuestos por la actora y que en ellos impuso las sanciones pertinentes, las cuales fueron confirmadas por el superior jerárquico correspondiente.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ lo pretendido en esta oportunidad por cuanto el juez que mantiene la competencia ha tramitado las solicitudes oportunamente e impuso las sanciones a que había lugar.
Se indicó a la peticionaria que puede dirigirse de nuevo a dicha autoridad judicial para que vigile el cumplimiento de la decisión y adopte otros correctivos para lograr el cumplimiento integral del fallo proferido por la Corporación.
